Below UFF chapters can order FEA’s 2026-27 fifteen-month planners. These 32-page booklets are available to distribute to new and existing members. Chapters can customize the planner covers (see below).
While there is no deadline for ordering, we do ask that locals allow 15 working days for turnaround of materials.

Customizing the planner covers
The 32-page booklets include a 15-month calendar (July 2026 to September 2027) and 8 pages of member information pointing members to the relevant parts of the FEA website. The covers can be customized for each chapter.
As shown above, there are 3 customization areas on the covers:
- Front cover – You can enter your chapter’s name, which will be printed on the front cover in large type.
- Back cover – You can include as much or as little contact info for your chapter on the back cover (e.g. office address, phone number(s), website(s), social media account(s), etc.)
You will enter the above information in Section 2 of the order form below.
- Inside front cover & inside back covers – chapters can submit a PDF for the each with relevant local information. Among the types of things other locals and chapters have included here are:
- Welcome letter from chapter leader(ship)
- List of chapter contacts and/or stewards
- Chapter events and meetings for the upcoming school year
- Overview of local victories, campaigns or objectives
- Highlighting important or recent CBA information/changes
- Photos of local events or campaigns
- Anything else that might be useful, relevant or helpful to new or returning members.
To customize the inside-front and inside-back covers locals will upload PDFs in Section 3 of the order form below.
Chapters can design the files for the inside front and inside back covers using whatever software they wish — keeping in mind these important specifications:
- Files will be printed on the inside covers in grayscale NOT color. You may submit color files, but know that they will be converted before printing.
- All files must be saved/exported and uploaded as PDFs to retain all design elements.
- The covers are 8 x 10.875″. Including a 0.5″ margin means the “live area” for content is 7 x 9.875″. Regular letter-sized files — which many locals provide — will be reduced in size and may therefore have inconsistent margins.
