Stand Up and Fight

Outside of the Senate hearing committee room, union members from all walks of life stood in silence with tape over their mouth to demonstrate the impact Senate Bill 830 would have upon Florida’s working men, women and their families.

This bill is about silencing the voices of public employees, particularly those of police, firefighters and teachers because their union doesn’t always agree with our political leaders. SB 830 aims at nothing less than misusing the government to silence political dissent. That’s not how America works!
