President Ford Addresses Tiger Bay

The following comments were delivered by FEA President Andy Ford to the Suncoast Tiger Bay Club, Bay News 9 and the St. Pete Times Editorial Writers. He addressed all educational professionals: teachers, education staff professionals and higher education faculty.

He expressed concerns about Florida education policy and issues including: class size, closing the achievement gaps, professional pay for professional work and radically reducing Florida’s high school drop out rate.
