Your membership number can be found on your FEA/Access Membership card. It is your FEA member ID#.
Password
Follow the log in directions printed in the tear off section at the bottom of the welcome letter that accompanied your card. You will need your password. Upon login, you may change your password.

Look for the ACCESS card image located at the top of the FEAweb.org homepage. Click the ACCESS card image located at the top of the homepage. You will be directed to a login page. Please login using your FEA member ID# and the password included on your card and in the welcome letter. (If you do not have this information, contact Linda Elliott at 1.888.807.8007.)
On the left side of the screen click the blue member tab, located next to the public tab in the navigation panel. Next click the Profile button.
This is the area to change your password.
To change your password, click the 'Edit' button, right beside the word 'Password'. Then enter your new password, and enter it a second time to confirm. Click 'Save'.
FEAweb allows members to change their password, not their FEA membership ID number.
Please keep your FEA/ACCESS membership card in your wallet. You never know when you might need to take advantage of your ACCESS member benefit. Some merchants will ask for membership verfication. You will need to show your FEA/ACCESS membership card.
I understand the process to login but is there a special way to log off?
Just click the member tab in the navigation panel on the left side of the screen. Then click logout.
Everytime I click on something on the access page it bounces me back to member login. Even when I try to make a suggestion or ask a question. If it's not just me, what is taking so long to fix this problem?

Unfortunately, personalized settings on individual computers can cause navigational issues on some internet websites. It is important to make sure that your browser is up to date and all pop-up blockers are turned off.
Please be aware that you might have more than one pop-up blocker active on your computer. Pop-up blockers can be found in Internet Explorer and on any toolbar such as Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Generally, you can access controls for your Pop-up Blocker in the Tools tab at the top of the screen.
PLEASE be aware that the ACCESS website does not function well with AOL.
Please use AOL to get on the internet, then minimize AOL and click the blue e for Internet Explorer. It is usually located on your desktop. You can also find it in programs.
Once you have opened the internet Explorer, go back to FEAweb. You will need to click the ACCESS card, login, and click the ACCESS card again. This should take to the ACCESS website.
The ACCESS website is not the same as FEAweb. This is a separate business and separate website.
