FEA membership represents value and the confidence in knowing members will receive quality service and the support that school employees need to achieve daily success at home and on the job.
The FEA represents pubic school employees (teachers and education staff professionals: paraprofessionals, bus drivers, clerical, security, maintenance, cafeteria workers, secretarial, nurses, guidance, etc. ) from across and provides opportunities for members to network across the state, nation and globally.
Upon joining your local union, you automatically become a member of your state and national organizations (FEA, NEA and AFT).
Your local membership automatically entitles you to member benefits offered by the Florida Education Association (FEA), National Education Association (NEA), American Federation of Teacher(AFT)/AFL-CIO.Active members know the value of their membership and the important role of union advocates in education reform and quality education.
