FEA Pension Challenge Update

A positive development in our quest to obtain a final ruling in the Florida Education Association legal challenge to stop the state's mandatory 3% pension tax.

We have learned the Florida Supreme Court has voted to accept jurisdiction in the appeal of the pension decision.  The
Oral argument before the court is scheduled for 9 am on September 5.
