| Education Staff Professionals are the foundation of the public and private education systems. Without them the system would struggle to survive.... "Education Staff Professionals are equal and essential partners in public education" said Florida Education Association (FEA) First Vice President Joanne McCall. "They work tirelessly to serve our children and communities with care and professionalism. This award recognizes the contributions our ESPs make to public education everyday." Each year FEA recognizes its ESP membership with the prestigious ESP of the Year Award. The award includes a $5,000 stipend.
