FEA/ACCESS card:

 

2013 FEA/ACCESS Membership Card
A membership card is automatically mailed to all members of the Florida Education Association (FEA).   It is both your membership card and your ticket to big savings!  New cards will be mailed in January 2013.  Watch for it to arrive in your mailbox and be sure to keep the password shown in the welcome letter.  Always let your local union office know your correct address and contact information.

 



ACCESS: 

ACCESS logo

ACCESS is our benefits partner and manages our members-only premiere discount program.  In addition to card activations, they also sign up merchants to participate in our program.  Merchants should recognize the ACCESS logo on the back of your FEA Membership Card or the ACCESS name.  Contact ACCESS if you have questions about a particular offer found on our website.  Assistance is available in English and Spanish.

 

 


ACTIVATE YOUR CARD:

  1. Go to www.FEAweb.org.   In the “myFEA” box, enter your 10-digit membership number and password to log in. Choose “Click here to go to the ACCESS website”.  Follow the online instructions.
  1. Or call the ACCESS Customer Service number, 888-304-9048.   Choose either the automated activation or to speak with a representative.  ACCESS, including all customer service , is located in Utah.  Please keep the 2-hour time difference in mind when you call them.


ADDRESS CHANGE OR CORRECTION TO YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION:

Always inform your local union office of any change or correction to your address, telephone number, or email address.  To find the contact information for your local union office, click here and select the name of the county in which you work.

 

LOG IN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. If you received an email from FEA featuring our discounts, just click anywhere on the ad; 
  2. Or go to the homepage and click the myFEA/ACCESS login.

Then,

  • In the “myFEA” box, enter your 10-digit membership number and password;
  • Choose “Click here to go to the ACCESS website”.

 

You’ll find it easy to search by category - like Dining, Shopping, Travel, etc., by city or zip code, or by selecting a brand from the convenient drop down list of National Brands that participate in our program. 


Always follow the merchant’s instructions for getting your discount (redeeming). 

 

The Description and Terms tabs for each offer provide you with additional information.  Call ACCESS Customer Service at 888-304-9048, if you need assistance with a particular offer.

MEMBERSHIP CARD (lost, tossed, never received, or expired)

If you lost, tossed, or never received an FEA membership card, or if your card has expired, call your local union office to request a replacement.  If you don’t know their telephone number, click here and click on the name of the county in which you work.  Be sure to provide them with your current mailing address.  Members, including retired and student members, can also call FEA’s toll free number, 888-807-8007, to request a replacement card. 

 

MEMBERSHIP NUMBER:

Your membership number is the 10-digit number located on the front of your FEA membership card.  Contact your local union office if you don’t know your membership number.  To find their telephone number, click here to view our affiliates and click on the name of the county in which you work.  You can also call FEA’s toll free number, 888-807-8007, or send us an email.

 

MY DEALS MOBILE APP:

FEA members can go to the iTunes App Store or the Android Market and download this free app to their iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch or Android.  Enter 9389 as the registration code and your 10-digit FEA Membership Number to activate. My Deals Moble App for the Access Discount ProgramMy Deals features America’s largest “show your phone” mobile coupon network, with over 75,000 offers.  Redemption instructions are shown on the screen; most deals require you to simply show your phone at the point of sale.  Simply search, show, and save! You can store your favorites for convenient offline access, as well as track your savings.

 

The mobile app doesn’t replace the traditional way that FEA members access their member benefits; the full discount program will continue to be available on our website.  My Deals is just the newest way that members can find, save, and redeem offers when on the go.

 

NAME CHANGE OR CORRECTION:

Always inform your local union office of any name change or a correction to the way your name appears on your card.  To find the contact information for your local union office, click here and select the name of the county in which you work.

 

PASSWORD:

Your password can be found in the welcome letter that accompanied your FEA membership card.  It is not case sensitive but is shown in all caps to distinguish between letters and numbers. Keep this password in a safe place.  It’s your “safety net” - it will always let you in to our website, even if you choose to set up a different password.

 

To set up a different password, go to www.FEAweb.org; in the “myFEA” box, enter your 10-digit membership number and the password to log in.  Click on Member Profile and click Edit beside the word Password. Scroll down if necessary and, under option #3, click to go to your member benefits.

 

If you don’t remember your password, or if it doesn’t seem to work, call FEA’s toll free number, 888-807-8007, or send us an email.
